they delivered on valentines day after a fiasco with another online florist so this was a much better experience.. the vase wasn't red though which would have been nice and when she wasn't home to receive them the man was very nice and said call the store and we will come back. the store was called and was told they would have to be picked up. when we called back we were told that shouldn't have been said and absolutely NOT will they be picked up. so even bump in it turned out great and the flowers were beautiful.
