The flowers arrived on schedule and were lovely and fresh. However, I ordered "Lovely Lavender" for my daughter for Mother's Day because her favorite color is purple. When the flowers arrived, they were pink - not purple at all. Perhaps COVID-19 is limiting the options that florists can get, but I was so disappointed that the flowers were not purple like the name and the flowers in the picture.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
