The arrangement was for the wake of a loved one and the message card was not completed to include my full message or the closing. I had to search for it at the services and complete the message and signature. I was a bit disappointed with the addition of fresh cuts that were supposedly with the "deluxe" upgrade also. That said; my mom also ordered a custom arrangement and it was absolutely beautiful.
